OCONNOR Portable UV Light Sterilizer Pouch is an unprecedented washable and durable sterilizing pouch.
A made in Taiwan pouch that kills all the germs inside. Sterilizing effectively and quickly, this pouch is the best helper for both outing and at home for new parents.
Before feeding the baby, simply put the baby's feeding bottle, pacifier, or tableware in the pouch, press the power button, and wait for 90 sec., sterilization will be done and so are the Enterovirus and Norovirus!
Focusing on the convenience, instead of the bulky UVA Mercury Lamp, we have chosen the compact, low power consumption, and safe DUV+ UVA LED Germicidal lamp that can kill up to 99% of germs, which works effectively on transparent feeding bottles and pacifier.
The UVC region occupies wavelengths between 100nm~ 280nm which is not visible to the human eyes. Therefore, we have installed the DUV LED for users to observe while sterilization is in process.
The irradiance inside the OCONNOR Sterilizer Pouch is higher than 182 μW/cm^2. Make sure that the desired surface for sterilizing gets covered in UVC ray to complete the sterilization process.

A very easy reason has led to the creation of OCONNOR Sterilizer Pouch.
Once, one of our team members, Hono, went out with a group of friends and heard that parents need to bring 4~6 milk bottles when going on a trip with a baby. Unlike at home, there was no sterilizer available so the parents could only clean the bottles with hot water, and if the trip was a longer one, then they had to bring disposable milk bottles which are not environmentally friendly and wasteful. If the baby's immune system was not so strong, the parents might need to take leaves to take the baby to the doctors. These made Hono think, "what if there's a convenient sterilizer?" One that does not take up much space, no cords coming out of it, and fits into any kind of bag.

▊Inspection and Certification
All the materials have been carefully selected. We have also entrusted the Green Energy Technology Research Center of Kun Shan University, having one of the most well equipped and advanced UV related measurement facilities in Taiwan, to inspect our product before we send it to the SGS inspection. With the help from the research center and with repeated testing on OCONNOR Portable UV Light Sterilizer Pouch, we have received some reports about the effectiveness of sterilization. We are also discussing sterilizing under different circumstances with the SGS. With the various testing conditions and demanded procedures given, we will need a little more time to confirm the sterilization report with the SGS no later than before shipping out the product.
▊Maintenance
1. After hand wash, hang the pouch upside down or tumble dry the pouch under the temperature lower than 80 degrees Celsius (do not use washing machine or dishwasher) 2. The mini power core needs to be kept dry. Make sure it does not touch water and keep it away from a humid place. The battery needs to be removed while washing the pouch. 3. Once cleaned, please make sure that OCONNOR Sterilizer Pouch is completely dried before storing.
▊Precautions
1. UVC is a very effective sterilization method but with its short wavelength and poor penetrating rate, cloth such as towel or sanitary cloth may need to be rotated or flipped over for a more complete sterilization. Some sterilizers on the market claim that there is no need to rotate or flip over the item is misleading information.
2. If the item is not transparent, then please sterilize the item alone.
3. If you wish to put 1~2 items in for sterilizing at the same time, please make sure the UV ray can reach all the surface needed.
4. Please do not put heavy or sharp items into the pouch to prevent scratching or damages to the inner layer.
5. Please make sure the pouch is sealed when the power is on, and do not look at the LED light when it's on.
6. Do not let children under the age of 12 use the product alone.
7. Do not use the washing machine to wash the pouch for the torque may break the LED and the circuit.
8. Please do not fold the LED part on purpose.
9. Please do not make OCONNOR Sterilizer Pouch to be in contact with water for too long.
▊Warranty maintenance plan
To practice our original intention of "Make the product last long," we are planning on drafting an "OCONNOR Portable UV Light Sterilizer Pouch Maintenance Plan" upon shipping date. Under normal usage and excluding the conditions below, we will provide a warranty with half year period on the pouch itself and the mini power core.
We will change the item for free upon finding defects of the item before using it within 7 days from the date of receiving.
For group buyers, we will change the item for free upon finding defects of the item before using within 14 days from the initiator's date of receiving.
We will provide free maintenance for the LED or the Mini power core malfunction (excluding damage due to misapplication) (the free maintenance does not include delivery fee) Note: please check the Precautions above.

▊Recycling Plan
OCONNOR Sterilizer Pouch is made up of compound materials and can be separated into outer and inner parts.
The outer part is 100% polyester fiber, and the inner part consists of 9 layers of compound materials.
Therefore, if the pouch is broken, you may send it back to us to separate the pouch for proper recycling. Below is the planned recycling method:
outer part - collect and then recycle
Inner part - separate the DUV LED light and then recycle
Mini power core - take out the battery and then recycle.
